For our fast-growing division Solutions, region South-West Netherlands, location to be discussed, we are hiring a Supervisor Facility Operations.
The main focus of this position
You are responsible for setting up, coordinating, monitoring and improving facility activities and procedures. You do this in such a way that certifications are maintained, and you move within the agreed service level agreements. You ensure coordination with colleagues, customers and suppliers regarding various facility-related matters. You are involved in drawing up the facility policy and you are involved in its implementation. You lead the employees in your team in a coaching manner and ensure the correct division of work and supervise implementation
In the position Supervisor Facility Operations you report directly to the Manager Business Support. The purpose of your position is to ensure that the entire Facility operation of the Southwest Netherlands region runs smoothly. Other tasks will be:
- You supervise and coordinate facility projects, in the implementation of new customers you are the facility point of contact and you ensure that this runs smoothly;
- You are involved in contract management of facility suppliers; you conduct supplier assessments and you prepare and manage SLAs;
- You ensure maximum purchasing results and improved efficiency through a regional vision. You have a coordinating role in facility-related changes in process changes and new construction projects. You are the point of contact for owners of business premises;
- You are responsible for the efficient use of internal means of transport due to fleet management.

Bachelors working and thinking level;
Demonstrable experience with facility management within logistics;
Good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
Experience with new construction or mechanization projects in a logistics environment is a plus.
